It is not fighter-camp two-a-days. It is not a DTV or 90-day stay. It is not a hotel pickup to a mall studio labeled Rajadamnern Stadium — that is an academy branch. It is not a nationwide 20-gym catalog.

3. What the 60–90 minutes look like

The hour is 60–90 minutes. There is no fight. The feel of a first class — desk, wraps, warm-up, pads — is on What happens in your first Muay Thai class in Bangkok?. This page only names the clock.

• Desk and entry code — about 5 minutes
• Wraps and gloves — 5–10 minutes
• Warm-up — about 10 minutes
• Stance, teep, pads — 40–60 minutes
• Done. No sparring on a beginner path.

Fight Lab first class is 600 THB. The TC card is 580 THB — the ticker still shows 480; use 580. INNOV8 is from 550 THB. Watchara group is 480 THB; private for one person is 1,150 THB.

Loaner gloves are common, not a rule. Extra or unknown: wraps to keep, shins, a towel, a locker, sauna, hotel pickup. Not included: visa, a bunk, a stadium ticket, a van.

Sukhumvit BTS corridor only for a 90-minute night: Phloen Chit, Asok, Phrom Phong, Thonglor, Ekkamai, On Nut, Bang Chak — plus Mo Chit or Old Town if a card exists. East camps are not a 90-minute night.

7. The stadium-branch trap

Rajadamnern Stadium is the 1945 dome and a ticketed fight. RSM academy is Jasmine City / Stadium One. A “lesson at Rajadamnern Stadium” plus a mall name is a branch. Arena is not RSM academy.

Watchara and UnReal are tourist-friendly real classes — pads — not camps.

8. How booking works

Pick a slot that names the gym, the ICT start, and a pin. Pay THB on a card. Keep the entry code on your phone with brightness up. The desk scans it.

WhatsApp is not a hold. TC has a 15-minute late cutoff. Sunday: TC is closed; Watchara group is Monday–Saturday; UnReal is 06:00–22:00, seven days.

Cancel, age, and ID rules are unknown. Check tonight’s card. Never assume you can cancel anytime.
