Questions before you book

Quick answers to what first-time visitors ask most.

I have never trained Muay Thai. Can I join?

Yes. First Punch is a 60–90 minute beginner session with an English-friendly coach, built for your first class, with no surprise sparring.

How does booking work?

Pick a gym and a time, then sign in. Your spot is held for about 30 minutes while you pay online. After payment you get a 6-digit check-in code to show at the gym. All times are Bangkok time.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before class. With more than 24 hours to go, you can also move your booking once, for free, to another time at the same gym.

What should I bring?

Athletic shorts, a T-shirt, slides, a towel, water, and your phone with the check-in code.

Is it comfortable for women training alone?

Each gym listing shows whether the gym is female-friendly, and you can filter for those gyms when you search.

Planning a Muay Thai DTV for Thailand?

Plan genuine Muay Thai training across partner gyms. Our team can help check the DTV requirements where you apply and coordinate course evidence each participating gym can actually provide.

A drop-in class or multi-gym plan does not itself establish visa eligibility. Thai authorities decide which evidence to accept and whether to approve.
